Mashup Deployment

We are trying to deploy the mashups in the external server. Need some suggestions on

(a) Will it support HTTP?

(b) Getting the error as

SyntaxError: expected expression, got '<'[Learn More]require.js:3

ReferenceError: require is not defined

[Learn More]test-connect.js:18:1

(c) Do we need whitelist external server in the Qlik node?

(d) Do we do any other additional steps?
