Need help with Chat GPT integration

Hello community,

I am trying to get chatGPT response based on my chart selections. I have used GPT-4 model with temperature 0.5.

However, i am getting the response as if it is using old GPT-3. A very stale response:

The exact same prompt on the chatGPT website with GPT-4 model gives a very good answer which i was expecting:

Why is it so? How can this be improved?
