Need to Edit an existing App Theme

We have a theme in our QlikSense on-premises Windows system. I can download it as a zip file via QMC -> Extension -> Export.

It was created by a former colleague who is no longer with the company.

QUESTION: I would like to learn more about how to edit this file and understand its contents. Thanks in advance
