New Mashup no templates founded

I installed the November 2018 version of QlikSense and I have problems with Mashups and Extensions.

In detail, when I try to create a new mashup, the system tells me that there are no templates installed:

After seeing this error I checked in QMC in the extensions section... but the templates are there.

It's also strange that the import and export always give me error.

everything else works well...

Hi @DJames92,

You may need to check the access rules in QMC - and also check this thread https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-Sense-Integration/qliksense-june-mashup-editor-not-working/m-p/13... it may help.

Regarding importing the extension, try to delete them first from QMC, importing an extension that already exists will fail, with this type of error message.

I hope this helps

Hi,

Just to say that this doesn't seem to be a generic bug as I can see the templates after upgrading to November 2018 Patch2 (unless  it's an issue with a previous November 2018 release).
