QLIK SENSE LOG IN ISSUE

After inputting login username & password, the Qlik will keep saying “Opening the hub” forever.

We’ve restarted the server and service a few times. Once the service restarted, it can normally access those App.

However, a few minutes later, when try to use the Qlik, “Opening the hub” will show up again.

The Qlik Sense version is 2.xx

Can you contact the administrator or are you the administrator?

 

Can you check the memory and cpu utilization before you restart the services?

What happens to the CPU and Memory after you do restart the services?

I would look in the repository service log for errors, since you cannot get the hub to render then I would not suspect the engine.

UPGRADE, UPGRADE UPGRADE. There are so many great features and stability improvements when comparing 2.x to any of the more updated releases. It is not an easy process to get caught up from that far behind but it would be worth it.
