Qlik CLI command to relaod a task in Qlik Sense Windows

Dear Team , 

I would like to know if we could reload a task using Qlik CLI for Qlik Sense Windows . I tried the below command . 

qlik qrs reloadtask create --task-id e38443a4-e945-4f61-af4c-e10cc25e5500 --task-maxRetries 2 --task-name "Test Reload Task" --task-taskSessionTimeout 100

But , it errored saying : Error: [
