Hi Team,
We are using Qlik Cloud (SaaS) and want to programmatically monitor the platform health for automated alerting and SLAs.
We already know about the public UI status page:- https://status.qlikcloud.com
But we need a JSON API endpoint public we can call from our monitoring system — something like:
/health
/status
/alive
/ready
Questions:
1️. Is there any official API available to check Qlik Cloud service availability / health?
2️. If yes, could you please provide the endpoint URI?
3️. If not available yet, can you provide the statuspage.io API ID powering the Qlik Cloud status page so we can poll it?
4️. Any roadmap for exposing platform-wide health APIs?
Note: We are not referring to on-prem endpoints like /qrs/about or /qps/alive.
Thanks!
Hi @sairam4 ,
when it comes to the Status page, once you are logged in, you can subscribe via different channels, including mail, Webhooks and RSS feeds.
Many of our customers find that useful.
There is no public endpoint for this yet. Not sure if there is something in the roadmap.
Thanks for the update @pablolabbe
Since there is no public health/status API yet - could you please advise:
How can customers monitor Qlik Cloud availability in real-time?
Is there any official way to receive automated alerts when Qlik Cloud has downtime/degradation?
We depend heavily on Qlik Cloud for our production workloads, so real-time alerts are important to ensure quick response if the platform experiences issues.

Didn´t noted this in the screen, thanks for bringing this information
You won't see it if you are not logged in, and that's why some miss it. 🙂
