Qlik Cloud integration with SAP CRM

Hi,

I was wondering if some of you have experience with the integration of Qlik Cloud with SAP CRM. Our SAP partner is working on this requirement but we are running into some issues.

What we are trying to do is integrate (iframe) a Qlik Cloud worksheet and some app objects. The connection works but we are not able to pass the accountid to Qlik. I've understood that this is caused by the Qlik URL format regarding the selection: https://tenantname.com/single/?appid=#######&sheet=#####&theme=breeze&opt=ctxmenu,currsel&select=$::Klantnummer,0123456789

From my understanding SAP can't handle the select part (bold text in de URL) because of the fact that SAP sees everything after '&' as a parameter. This works as long as it's hardcoded but not with a variable fieldselection. In this case SAP expects 'select' to be the fieldname in Qlik and afther the '=' the fieldvalue, like &Klantnummer=0123456789. But changing the URL to this format does not give the expected result in Qlik... the selection is ignored.

So my question is if there is somebody out there who knows how to solve/handle this issue. We are using the default option in SAP CRM and the interface looks like this:
