Qlik Insight Bot Apps not displayed in Pot Portal

Dear Community,

 

I am currently trying to get the Qlik Insight Bot to work on my system and encountered a problem. I have Qlik Sense Business Feb. 2020 installed and followed the Deployment Guide step by step. The problem is, that when accessing the Bot Portal, no apps or streams are displayed.

While following the Deployment Guide and configuring the Insight Bot, all streams are displayed and selectable in the first configuration window “Qlik Configuration”. My QIB User has administration rights and root access in both the Windows and the Qlik Sense environment. I can also access the Bot Portal from outside the local system. The Qlik Insight Bot environment seems to be working. To me it seems as if there might be security or connection issue between Qlik Sense and the Qlik Insight Bot. Do you guys have any idea what might be going on?

I know this is a fuzzy question, but I am at a point right now where I am running out of ideas. If you encountered a similar problem or have some insights form me, I would be tremendously grateful.
