Qlik Sense Authentication via username/password Error

Hi All,

I have created a loging page for users authentication. When I am execute my webpage locally everything works fine, I get the ticket and I am able to access my qliksense site, but now that I have published the code to my production web server, I am getting the following error when I call my virtual proxy to get the ticket

"Certificate not found! Verify AppPool credentials on the server." 

I have installed the client certificate in my web server and I granted access to the service account that runs IIS, but I am still getting the error message.

Any will be very well appreciated
