Qlik Sense Desktop Require.js location

Where is the require.js file? Based on this question I suspected it might be in C:\Users\<your_user_id>\AppData\Local\Programs\Qlik\. But my computer from my employer does not have an AppData Directory. So I can't even check there. Is there a github page that has the source?

I still don't know what the file path is but I just went to http://localhost:4848/resources/assets/external/requirejs/require.js in my browser and copied the text from there.
