Qlik2DataRobot Extension Error

Hi everyone.

I'm trying to use the Qlik2DataRobot extension on Qlik Sense Enterprise Edition. I was able to download and install the connection and integrate with Qlik using the QMC. However, whenever I try to run a model using the extension I get an error after step #2 (check picture below please).

I asked my server administrator and we can't figure out what the problem is. I even tried to log in with the admin username and pass but still got the error.

Any ideas?
