Qliksense SSO using Ping federate

Hello Folks,

Hope you are doing good.

Need your help in implementation of Qliksense SSO using Ping federate , Could you provide us the documentation consist of steps for the implementation , Any help would be appreciated

we also need clarity on few things

(a) can we implement Qliksense SSO using Ping federate without migrating Qliksense to IIS

(b) Can we use multiple adapters with single IDP connections

We have two applications one for MSTR and other for QlikSense hosted on two separate servers having different application URLs. We have created seperate Adapters for them in PingFederate environment. The one created for MSTR is already mapped to IDP connection configured with client's ADFS / metadata and is working fine for SSO. We want to map another Adapter created for Qliksense on the same IDP connection . If we do so, will it affect the already established connection or will it allow both Qliksense app and MSTR app's Adapters without breaking anything on existing SSO.

Regards

Nitish

Qlik Sense does not really have support for specific Identity Providers, instead the product supports different authentication solutions or protocols.

PingFederate can be used with Qlik Sense, for example through SAML as shown in this YouTube video

If you need further guidance on SSO implementation, it would be great if you can share details on the solution you are trying to implement, and at what stage you are stuck.
