What option did you try? The article describes two different paths depending on the Qlik Sense version, could you confirm ?

What version of QS are you using ? 

Does the rule looks like this ?

Resource filter: ExecutionSession_*,ExecutionResult_*,*TaskOperational*
Conditions: ((user.roles="ContentAdmin" or user.roles="DeploymentAdmin"))

If not, could you try with the above configurations instead?

Could you also confirm that the users that have the problem are ContentAdmin or DeploymentAdmin users?
