Questions about /qrs/licenseaccessusage endpoint

Hi, I have two questions about the /qrs/licenseaccessusage endpoint:

1. It appears that the results returned by this endpoint are limited to ones from the past ~hour. Is it possible to fetch more historical records of license usage?

2. Is there anywhere in the API where one can get a mapping of user id to license id?

Discovered that the answer to (2) is that this mapping is available in the /qrs/license/<type>accesstype endpoint
