Rest API Connection Service Now

Hello Experts,

I am trying to connect to service now Ticketing system using Rest API Connection. 

I have entered a table name at the end of the URL (change_request_list.do)

i am not sure on the query parameters. When i enter the query parameters and then check the check Response time.

When i try to pull the data , the should automatically in JSON Format. But unfortunately i get some error to check the check response time. 

Is there anything i am doing wrong ? Plz help me
