SaaS Migrating Reload Task to New Task API getting error CheckFeatureFlagEnabled

I've been following the "Migrate reload tasks to the new Tasks API" documentation (https://qlik.dev/manage/reloads/migrate-reload-tasks-to-tasks/).

Step 2 is what's been failing for me - when I send the post request, I get the following error:

The bearer token I'm using is valid because it's working with other requests I'm sending, such as fetching a list of our current reload tasks. I checked in Qlik and I'm able to reload this task manually through the UI, so the issue doesn't seem to be missing reload permissions. Since the context in the error response says "CheckFeatureFlagEnabled", Geoff and I figured the might be a feature flag that isn't enabled that needs to be.

Please open a ticket with support, and they can check the status.

We had a small set of customers who were sending API requests to reload-tasks (the legacy service) who we didn't enable the new service (tasks) for. This was because we were concerned about the risk of breaking existing customer API workflows on the legacy service.

Customers in this bucket can request to be immediately activated via support also.
