Some extensions disappear from time to time

We are currently using version 14.159.4 of Qlik Sense and we find that certain extensions, such as date-picker or funnel-chart, disappear. We don't know the reason, because in principle we don't restart the server, it runs continuously, we only see that it is missing in the applications, in qmc it shows that it is installed. In this case, we delete the extension in qmc and it is loaded again and fixed. Then after 3-4 weeks the problem reappears, which is solved by deleting and loading an extension again.  This problem already existed with the previous Qlik Sense version 14.20.9 and we were able to handle it in a similar way.

Hello,

1. Have you confirmed that they required antivirus exclusions are in place?
2. How busy is the server the extensions are stored on (CPU, Memory, etc)?
3. Scanning, drive performance or latency can cause file corruption.
