Theme API with borders and shadow

Hi all,

The theme option have been extensively updated these past month. I would like to adapt my theme generator to add the border and shadow property to each compatible chart object.

Unfortunately the documentation hasn't been updated regarding that topic so i don't know if bordes and shadow can me managed through custom themes yet.
