Timeline extension is not working

Hello all,

I am trying to create a timeline chart by using this extension, which is the one we have available in our company. I add the required five dimensions and even the optional three measures, but the timeline object still shows up as an empty square - it doesn't even load the timeline background.

I have confirmed that the date format for the start and end dates is correct, so that shouldn't be the issue. I have checked this previous thread in which the extension is used, but it gave me no insights on what the issue is.

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
