Tooltip

Hello.

I use the Qlik Sense and want to ask about the tooltip.

Can I change the tooltip information displayed when the mouse moves while using the same dimension value?

I attached a screen shot.
Charts 1 and 2 show different information about tooltips.

Chart 1 is currently implemented, and Chart 2 is a view of the information you want to build by changing the contents of the tooltip. I would like to express the information of the tooltip differently from the measured values used.

(The two charts used different dimension values. Just to show you the example file. )

extensions? or modify the script? Or basic function in qlik?

This is an urgent and important matter for me. 

Please help me.
