Urgent Assistance Needed - Integration Challenge with Qlik Sense

I'm reaching out in the hopes that someone can help me navigate a roadblock I've hit in the Integration, Extension & APIs realm of Qlik Sense. Here's the issue I'm currently facing: I'm working on integrating Qlik Sense with an external application through APIs, and I've encountered unexpected behavior. The data retrieval from the external API seems inconsistent, and I'm struggling to ensure a seamless flow of information between Qlik Sense and the external system.

While attempting to fetch data using the API, I've noticed intermittent errors such as "Data Load Failed: Connection Timeout" and "Unexpected Response Format." This is hindering the real-time updates I'm aiming for in my Qlik Sense dashboards.

If anyone has experience with integrating Qlik Sense with external APIs, could you share any insights or best practices for troubleshooting these kinds of issues?

Got sample code? Sounds like you're working with hypercubes or session apps, but not clear on the use case and what your code looks like.
