Variable input box in Straight table

We have overlaid the variable input extension in Straight table in Qliksense Mashup using Javascript and Input box is fixed in a specific position.  This gives the trouble when the user scrolls the table to right. 

Please suggest the idea to integrate the input method in Straight table or Javascript code to move the input boxes along with table?
