Hi Andreypico,

Do you have any update to share with this issue.  I am facing the same.  I have read online where this may be due to an issue with the time on the server however I have not been able to confirm that is my issue.

Regards,

Josh

Hello @aointl_jelee ,

Which type of Azure account are you using? -Free or Enterprise?

Have you checked if in your Microsoft Azure portal the following user permissions to access the blob container are enabled: Storage Blob Data Contributor and Storage Blob Data Reader?

Best regards,

Hi Fernando,

We are using enterprise.

We have confirmed these permissions are granted to the account.  Also confirmed QV server has been whitelisted in Azure Manager.

Receiving error stating the following.

Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature. RequestId: *** Time:2021-03-11T18:17:02.1124674Z.
