failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 500

Hi,

We have a problem with the Qlik Sense Integration on our Website.

We have the error  "WebSocket connection to "wss://[our mashup url]' failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 500" on the Navigator.

There is another post on the forum with the same problem solved setting the variable "prefix" to "/" on a QS javascript but it doesn't work for us. Anyone have an idea ?

We are using authentication by webticket.

On Qlik Sense log we see an error :

"150307  20181122T173545.987+0100      DEBUG XXXXXXXX          Audit.Proxy.Proxy.Core.AbstractRequestHandler                5             ...                            ProxyRequestType : Http | GET /app/yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?reloadUri=  ....

150308  20181122T173545.987+0100      ERROR  XXXXXXXX          Audit.Proxy.Proxy.Core.AbstractRequestHandler                5             ...                            Unable to route Http request for /app/yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?reloadUri=...."

For us on the first 'proxyRequestType' we should have "wss" and not "http".

Best regards

We are experiencing the same error message when setting up a reverse proxy (IBM SAM).

Did you find out what caused this?

Cheers,
Vegard 🙂

I have the same problem... Did you manage to find any solution?

Thank you

Hmm. Well, it's working now, so we must have figured it out. But unfortunately, I don't actually remember the case or what the problem or the solution was. Or even if it was a server or client side issue. Sorry.

Are you trying to set up a reverse proxy?
