I have a requirement to develop dash board using service now incident data and qlik sense. What are the best way to connect with service now data and qlik sense. I am new to this tool please help me to give some help url or something.
1> Ticket loading <Assigned YTD, Monthly, Weekly + Resolution Index-YTD, Monthly, Weekly>
2> SLA conformance by Severity levels <YTD, Monthly, Weekly>. If not compliant, what is the additional SLA required to meet.
3> Ticket Loading and Resolution by complexity <Simple, Medium, Complex>
