invalid visualization when exporting as Png or JPEG

Hi,

I have an extension that works perfectly except when I try to export the chart as an image, I get the following error message:

The visualization was not found on the server. The extension is not available.

I am running Qliksense november 2022 patch 8.

Any Idea ?

Thanks

Philippe

@philmot6202 , check out this section of Help.

Did you include any of the JS modules that ship with Qlik Sense?

The export functionality is not using the Qlik Sense Client to render, so this error will show up when any of those undocumented/non-standard libraries are encountered.

Double-checking your extension's settings and any recent updates might shed some light on the issue.

Dealing with errors can be a headache, right? I remember a similar situation when exporting charts. Sometimes, the issue lies in the file size. Have you tried using JPG compress to make the image more compatible? It might help streamline the process and get rid of those pesky errors.
