TL;DR QRS API gives one status for a task(failure), the QMC shows another(success). What's happening?
We are on QSNov 2023 Patch 9, and are using QRSpy to reach out to QRS endpoints to monitor tasks. I am running into an issue where the monitoring team will say a task failed, but when I check the QMC, I see that it has completed successfully.
What could be going on? Is there a caching issue that might be taking place?
