Qlik Alerting installed and configured, but not working – service is running in services.msc

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with Qlik Alerting. The add-on is installed and configured correctly according to the documentation. The Qlik Alerting Service is visible and running in services.msc, but Alerting itself doesn’t work — alerts are not being triggered or sent, and the interface does not behave as expected.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?
What should I check in the logs or configuration?
Are there any additional steps on the Qlik Sense or certificate side that might be required, even if they’re not clearly mentioned in the documentation?

Any guidance or suggestions on what else I can verify would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, are you sure all the services are running including MongoDB service?

Are you connecting using the correct URL with the correct port (default 4552)?

Try and restart the server, see if it fixes it.
