Can we share applications in Qlik Sense SaaS editions with anonymous users?

Qlik Cloud 
Qlik Sense Business 

Qlik Sense SaaS editions only allow sharing of applications to authenticated users with a valid license assigned, such as a Capacity License, an Analyzer License, or a Professional License.
