Add a production node to a Sense Enterprise Server

Hi experts,

I have this situation:

Qlik Sense enteerprise 2.2 installed on a single node.  Users are all developper users, they  can create and modify apps.

We have a second server and I would like to add it to this installation as production node.

Do you have any suggestions about what is the best to do?

Do I need to create a virtual proxy?

What kind of  configuration do I have to do to allocate user on the production server instead of central node?

Where can I find some more detailed documentation about nodes?
