We no longer have access to the rootadmin account that was used to install Qlik Sense server. Now the license has expired and we are unable to renew the license. we have local server administrator account which gives us access to the VM but beyond that we cannot get onto the management console.
Is there anyway to add additional rootadmin the Qlik Sense server so that we can renew the license?
