Administrator Cannot log in from mobile device.

I'm using chrome on a 12" tablet and users can log into qlik sense  but when I use domain admin I cannot.

I can log in with chrome from PC .

Chack whether you have some difference on the internet  proxy configuration between the two browsers

I can login from tablet as any other user ie myself  gpi\kevins and works fine, just not gpi\administrator .

gpi\administrator works fine from desktop.  All I have on the tablet is Chrome, I'll have to try another browser.
