Any Issues Upgrading to Apr 2018 Release from Sept 2017?

We are planning to upgrade to the Apr 2018 release from the Sept 2017 release, has anyone encountered any major issues or 'gotchas'?

There were pretty good amount of issues. They have been sorted out in the current April release. I believe, SR1.

This is an old thread. However, it is not a deal breaker.
