Over the past week we have been seeing a lot more failures on our reloads. Normally we click the i and download the log file and can get a sense of the issue but recently we have been seeing the Download Log greyed out. Doesn't contain itself to a single node or job just....some don't get log files. Any idea why and where I could look for another log?

Even gives the reason for the greyed out perfect...now to troubleshoot but at least its better
