Hello everyone,
I suddenly lost access to the backend (data load editor, data model) of my own apps.
To summarise:
- I am tenant admin
- my group has all rights in the space the app is in
- I am owner of the app
As this is currently keeping me from working I would appreciate any tipps anyone has.

Edit: I also do not have a button in the dev app that lets me edit any sheets even though I own the app.
Hi, I don't really know what's happeing, but just in case... do you have a professional or full user license assigned?
Can you make a duplicate of the app?
So the first thing to do is check the groups you should be in are coming from your IDP. After logging into your tenant, look at the diagnose-claims endpoint. Assuming your tenant was called "mytenant" and is in the US, that would be:
https://mytenant.us.qlikcloud.com/api/v1/diagnose-claims
at the bottom there is a mappedClaims section. Is your group showing?
If not, scroll up and look at the claimsFromIDP section. If the groups are there, but not in the mapped Claims, the issue is in the mapping section of your IDP configuration here:
If it's not in either, you need to talk to the people who manage your IDP.
If it's in both sections, raise a support ticket if you have not already. In the interim you might want to add your use directly to that space which will hopefully address the issue. If not, then again you need support to look at it.
