Change from Default log file to PostgreSQL

Hi,

I have a request. I want to know whether it is possible to change the default log folder location to change the location of

logging data to PostgreSQL.

is this possible? If possible how do it do it?

Is it possible to have to log in both folder and  PostgreSQL?
