Connecting to Desktop from Visual Studio and Localhost

I have installed Qlik desktop and in Visual Studio I have installed the plugin. They connect to each other fine and I can drag and drop a sheet onto my aspx page (basic web app, not mvc)

However when i click to debug through localhost, I get these errors

Uncaught TypeError: i18n.init is not a function..... require.js

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (not found) .....      http://localhost:4848/resources/themes/old/sense/theme.json.js
