Connection Just Up And Disappeared

Hello Folks,

I'm on QS Nov 2023 Patch 15.  One of my tasks failed, and it's because the system can't find a folder data connection.  When I go to "Data Connections" in the QMC, I see that it is nowhere to be found.  

1. Is there a scenario where a connection will just up and disappear?

2. Where is the log for a deleted connection?

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

All clear! 

At some point in the day, I had accidentally renamed the connection while copying a GUID.  I found this by looking at the connections and their modification date.
