When viewing the contents of a content library via the QMC in previous versions of Qlik Sense, the URL path was an active link that could be used to quickly download and/or review a content library file.
That functionality vanished for us with the November 2017 release. Now, in order to download a file, we have to copy the URL path and paste it on to the end of our Qlik URL. I have searched the QMC and help.qlik.com for a way to restore the Content Library URL path to an active link, but have had no luck.
Does anyone know if it is possible to resurrect this very handy feature?

That you are seeing it is working as expected, starting June 2017 this was removed due to a security risk that was found by having this enable ( according to bug# QLIK-75515)
You may even compared the documentation:
3.2 -
https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/3.2/Subsystems/ManagementConsole/Content/content-libraries-associa... ( check under "URL Path" --> you will see " Click the link to preview the image in a new tab." )
June 2017-
https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/June2017/Subsystems/ManagementConsole/Content/content-libraries-as... ( check under "URL Path"-->> you WONT see " Click the link to preview the image in a new tab" )
Currently, there is not workaround or anything that will allow it again, this article https://support.qlik.com/articles/000057304, can potentially help you to make your job easier ( I hope), but unfortunately, this is working as expected.
