Control QMC to certain user for only importing apps to their respective Streems

Hi,

  Is it possible to create a user who has only access to import and publish apps in qlik sense qmc to particular streams. He should not have access to other than app content.

In QMC i can see only Content admin, exactly where we need to set this, can u help me on this?
