Data Connections Taking too Long to Show up

We are using Qlik Sene Nov 2019 Release Patch 6. We have almost 300 Folder data connections. When we try to open in the data load editor the Data Connections takes for ever to show up, sometimes its just times out after spining for a long time.  Server resources are good not even using 10% of the CPU.

Its a single node environment so I tried changing the MacConnections limit in postgres.conf  file to 150 . Still the same issue. What can we do to fix this issue.
