Double Users

Hi,

In Qlik Sense when adding a user, (in this case from a local directory), and the users logs in as .\username instead of DOMAIN\usersname then the user is seen a 2 different users, both who need to a have separate access and separate licenses. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The users listing in the Users menu point, the last one, is the one that is synced, the other is created on login and authenticated, but has no license and no access, until I assign it as RootAdmin in this case:
