Enforce User Access via Virtual Proxy

I have two groups of users, aGroup and bGroup

I've created a custom property for UserGroup, with values aGroup and bGroup.

I've set up a user directory connector, which imports all users, including an attribute for UserGroup.

Each group has their own virtual proxy, mydomain.com/aGroup and mydomain.com/bGroup

I'd like to enforce that user's can only use the proxy for their group.

Is it possible to create a security rule for this?
