We are on Qlik Sense June 2018 version. Since July 2018, we noticed that the engine has been going down at least once a month. From the windows logs, there are two errors when this happens.
Source: Engine-Engine GetQrsSettings: Failed to retrieve QrsSettings, status code=404
Source: PostgreSQL-Error:column c.CreatedOn does not exit at character 10 STATEMENT: SELECT c."CreatedOn" FROM "__MigrationHistory" AS c LIMIT1
For trouble shooting server issues, I would recommend looking for error message sin Qlik Sense server logs rather than Windows logs. Then look for the error message key words in Qlik Support knowledge base, as there is typically documentation on you to resolve the issue.
