Error 500 - Virtual Proxy

Hi guys !

Since I change the certificates (expired yesterday), I have an error on Hub & QMC :

500 : Erreur interne du serveur (Internal Error Server).

I recreate the virtual proxy, rerun the service... Still not working.

On the Audit Proxy log, I have the following error :

- Unanticipated ComponentSpace.SAML2.Exceptions.SAMLSignatureException occurred for connection

 

Any ideas to solve this error ?

Hey there,

My guess in the abstract is that new certificate has a non-standard and non-permitted Cryptographic Service Provider (CSP). This can be adjusted using OpenSSL and is documented here: https://support.qlik.com/articles/000033752
