Error code 5

I'm the owner of an app and never added any section access parameters but out of no where, when I try to make one of my public sheets private to edit it, it is giving me the error code 5. Our Admin also has tried and it is giving the same error.

Are you sure the sheet in question is actually yours? If it belongs to another user, that might be an issue as you would no longer have access to it once it isn't public. You can change the sheet owner through QMC (Enterprise) or API (Cloud) if needed.

When I open the sheet details it says my user as the owner.

"when I try to make one of my public sheets private to edit it"?

what exactly you are trying to do ?????

I'm trying to edit a text field I have on the sheet, it won't allow me to do so when the sheet is public, but when I use the "make sheet private" option from the menu it returns an error code 5 message.

However, I am the owner of the app and the sheet and I have never added any kind of script for section access which is the only thing I found discussed as to a reason to get that error.
