Error while installing Qlik

Below is the error message I can see in the error log :--

[1F80:1F84][2018-04-17T22:35:39]w055: Could not load or read state file: C:\Users\ODCADM\AppData\Local\Package Cache\{cc5be3a5-3be2-4bb7-835f-44d1ef871f44}\\state.rsm, error: 0x80070002.

Can you please help on how to fix this.
