Extension Toggle to control Right-to-left reading order in side the Qlik sense app

Hi Team, 

Had I stuck with one option, the right-to-left reading order option is available under Appearance > Right-to-left; select On or Off.

But it is possible for a user to control the option inside the Qlik app in a single click.

For example, I have a dual-language Qlik Sense app containing English and Arabic. 

When the user can switch between the English and Arabic at that time, the right-to-left reading order is also applicable to change the visuals.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
