I'm using the QMC Utilities from the Branche, but i'm getting this error.
I removed all the Default and Custom rules. Do i need to readd any rule?
On my own laptop it works perfectly the QMC Utilities.

nobody? Did i remove a default api security rule? Do i need to add some kind of certificate?
Ports 4242 and 9945 should be open.
Where did you install QMC utilities ?
i installed it on the same location as where the server is running. And the firewall is off
Do you see any errors in the Event viewer ?
